Set Up Requirements
BEFORE YOUR PORTRAIT SESSION
To ensure a smooth and successful experience, we require a clear, clutter-free area (free of furniture, plants, or other obstructions) against a solid wall measuring at least 10 feet wide by 9 feet high. There must be no overhead obstacles (e.g., chandeliers) and a vertical clearance of at least 9-10 feet.
Our setup has a 10x10-foot footprint, with the photographer positioned 8–9 feet from the backdrop. We also ask that the surrounding area remains open to allow for proper guest flow and safety.

Please ensure the chosen location has access to a nearby power outlet.
Because our equipment is sensitive to the elements (rain, wind, direct sunlight, etc.), outdoor setups must be fully covered and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

The example above shows one way we can set up the Portrait Station in a corner of a room. We’re flexible with the layout and can adjust the direction or placement of the print station to best fit your space, ensuring smooth guest flow and a safe, comfortable experience for everyone.

To deliver the best experience, we require a clear, clutter-free area (free of furniture, plants, or other obstacles) positioned against a solid wall measuring at least 10 feet wide by 9 feet high, with no overhead obstructions such as chandeliers. The space should also have a minimum vertical clearance of 9–10 feet.

Our setup occupies an 8x8-foot footprint, with the photobooth positioned 7–8 feet from the backdrop. We also ask that the surrounding area remain open to ensure smooth guest flow and overall safety.
